I have no minimum order size. Whether you need one small clip art graphic, a one-page personal web site, full photographic documentation of an event, or a full-featured web site complete with custom graphics, original photographs, and text editing, I do not impose limits on your order.
Customized Project Fees:
Because every job is different, I don't generally offer “package deals” (except where noted for flat rate services). This ensures that you will be charged a fee which is fair and reflective of actual work done. For hourly work, if something takes 15 minutes, you will be charged at 25% of the hourly rate, thus ensuring that you pay only for time spent on your job. All work is fully invoiced, with billable hours for each type of work noted. To ensure that I stay within your budget, we will fully discuss design parameters ahead of time and reach an agreement regarding the expected time and cost involved to ensure the end product you require. Flat rate services are quoted based on a typical process — if you desire something fancy or complicated, the cost may be slightly higher.
Changes to Quoted Amount:
Please note that the original quotation you receive will be an estimate only. If you should later change your mind about what types of services you require, alter the complexity of the design, or otherwise make adjustments to the scope of the job, your original quoted amount will be adjusted to reflect this. I will make every effort to inform you of any increases to the final cost of your project, and where possible, obtain your permission prior to proceeding with the requested work. Please note that increases in the complexity of your project will also affect deadlines for completion.

Please review the Rate Sheet for a comprehensive listing of Webdillo Design fees for services. You will see that my low fees are extremely competitive in today's web and graphic design market. One reason is that I am currently new to the realm of full-time freelance work. After years of dreaming of having my own creative business, I have finally begun to realize that dream with a lot of hard work and the inevitable learning curve. I understand that a certain amount of my time will be spent on the learning process, and do not wish to pass that expense on to my first clients. At the same time, I believe absolutely in providing a high quality service that I can be proud of. So, while my prices are low, I do not believe in doing low quality work. I believe you will be extremely happy with the results of any project I undertake on your behalf. Take advantage of my limited time beginner rates: all fees listed on the Rate Sheet are current through December 31, 2005.
Ethical Business Practices:
As a one-person design company, certain limitations apply. In order to ensure the highest quality work for each of my clients, I attempt to devote as much of my full attention as possible to each project in turn. If I am engaged in other projects that would not allow me to complete your project by your deadline date, I will inform you of that fact when you contact me with your project information. I do not believe in making promises which I cannot deliver upon "just to get your business." I hope that when future projects come up, you will again consider my services.
I will, of course, let you know if your project is beyond the scope of my current abilities, and will encourage you to check back in a few months - you may find that I have added just the skills you were seeking, and may then be in a position to assist you with a similar project!
I believe every project is different and deserves its own design solution. All web site designs are custom sites (no templates are reused, and no source code is taken from other developer's sites). All custom graphics and custom photography will be my original work.
