“Protect the Animals of the World.
I wish the children of the future can enjoy our
animals of today. I think the animals of the world
should be protected because they are
marvelous creatures, they do interesting things,
and most of them are very pretty.
Think of what the world would be like without
pandas, tigers, or bald eagles. If an animal dies,
the animals that eat them will die and
the animals that eat them will die
and so on and so on. For instance,
if we run out of mice, then we will run out of snakes,
and then we will run out of some owls and birds.
Then we could run out of wild cats.
We would be inturrupting the circle of life.
We also need to save the animals because
we can learn from them and study them.
We can learn better ways to live.
To save the animals for the children of the future,
we need to build wildlife refuges and parks
where they can live safely and in peace.
We need to teach people to understand
that the animals are important and need our care.
We also need to protect the environment and
stop pollution from hurting the animals.
I think we should protect the animals of the world
for children and grownups of the future,
how about you?”
