Spurious
Spawning Spumingies
A perrenial doodle starts from square one,
And the emaciated claw re-scratches
In the wake of self-correlated swinging
Here and there and back again...
The big corrupt ball twists its chain,
And the prisoners huddle and cringe.
Fork tongued animosity grins sheepishly
For the first time.
And the bat-eared fiends do some mad dances
Many wavelengths above our heads...
Hilarity and foolishness stirring in the pot;
The nameless faces circle, and draw their lot.
Corks fly and cannons roar,
And the little impish one trips over a root,
Smashing headlong into the forest, wailing.
An angelic chorus of brook-tongues
Laps the banks all full of reeds and weeds
So you might just be able to hide.
Catch the fair haired unicorn and ride the moonlight,
Slapping at your own well-fed thigh.
The jocular giggle-infested whip
Bangs together something for a picnic lunch...
Perhaps we'll all get to eat it
Before the big crunch.
